When did you go gluten-free and dairy-free?
We found out that Allan has a gluten sensitivity in November 2011. We also found that Allan feels best when he limits his dairy intake, as well. Matthew also does best when he is gluten-free and dairy-free. I stopped eating gluten and dairy in October 2012 after Luke’s birth.

What is your workout routine?
I love heavy weightlifting, Zumba, HIIT/Tabata cardio intervals and yoga. I strive to strength train for 30-45 minutes 3-4 days per week, take a one hour long Zumba class per week and do one yoga class every other week.
