Cooler 1: Day 4
The following is my food journal so far today along with my planned eats for the rest of the day.
Breakfast: Cooler 1 Zucchini Breakfast Bake + 2 scrambled egg whites + 1/2 yolk
The Cooler 1 Zucchini Breakfast Bake was just so-so. The texture was right on, but it almost tasted savory vs. sweet. Plus it took FOREVER to cook. I baked it at 375° for 40 minutes and it could have gone longer! Allan had a little Frank’s on his and he liked it.
Second Breakfast: 2 Cooler 1 Protein Donuts (1/2 serving oats + 1 serving zucchini + 1/4 serving apple)
Afternoon Snack: 3 Cooler 1 Chocolate Protein Muffins (1/2 serving oats + 1 serving zucchini + 1/4 serving apple)
These came out dry, I think that the rice protein powder that I used changed the texture for the worse.
Planned eats for the rest of the day…
I cannot wait to enjoy this meal!!!
Evening Snack: apple + protein powder + almond milk
