Back to the Start – Chipotle Video

Good evening, friends!

We spent the day at the Great Minnesota Get Together – expect a full recap, including all of the food that we consumed later this weekend. If you can’t wait, Allan is working on a post of his own that should be up shortly.

Tonight, I wanted to stop in quickly and share a two minute Chipotle video that Allan just showed me. I feel like this video sums up a lot of what clean eating means to me. Also, I love Coldplay’s The Scientist and really enjoyed Willie Nelson’s rendition.
